Amirrah is a cosmetics brand offering makeup, skincare, and perfumes designed for everyday use.

How can I contact customer support?

How do I place an order?

Choose your products, add them to your cart, and complete checkout. You’ll receive an email confirmation right away.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How long does delivery take?

Orders usually take 1–2 business days to process. Delivery time varies by location and shipping method.

Can I return a product?

Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days.
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and perfumes cannot be returned unless defective.

How do I request a return?

When will I receive my refund?

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds usually take 7–10 business days.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?

Our formulas use commonly accepted cosmetic ingredients, but sensitivity varies. A patch test is recommended.
